That Solar Company, LLC does not assure that any bugs or malfunctions will be corrected, nor that the Site or its servers are free from harmful components. The information and materials provided on the Site are offered without any guarantees of accuracy or reliability.

b) You acknowledge that That Solar Company, LLC is not liable for any messages you receive, even if such messages are unlawful, harassing, libelous, invasive of privacy, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable or infringing on any intellectual property or other rights.

c) You understand that That Solar Company, LLC is not responsible for any injuries or damages related to your use of, loss of use of, or inability to use the Site. There is no guarantee that any message keys will always be available, nor does That Solar Company, LLC assume responsibility if keys are lost for any reason. You alone are responsible for the content you transmit using the Site, and That Solar Company, LLC is not liable for any products obtained or requested through the Site. Your sole remedy in such instances is to cease using the Site.

d) YOU AGREE TO USE THE SITE “AS IS” AND AT YOUR OWN RISK. THAT SOLAR COMPANY, LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THAT SOLAR COMPANY, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND. THIS DISCLAIMER IS A FUNDAMENTAL TERM OF THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND THAT SOLAR COMPANY, LLC, AND THE SITE WOULD NOT BE PROVIDED WITHOUT THESE LIMITATIONS.

6. Indemnification
   You agree to indemnify and hold harmless That Solar Company, LLC, its subsidiaries, officers, and employees from any third-party claims, demands, or damages (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Site.
7. Export Control Laws
   Any export of information from this Site must comply with United States export control laws. No content from the Site may be downloaded or exported in violation of these laws or any other applicable regulations.
8. Amendments to the User Agreement

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
   This User Agreement and all related aspects of your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Both parties agree that any disputes arising from this Agreement or your use of the Site will be resolved by binding arbitration in Arkansas under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Claims shall not be consolidated with any other disputes. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any competent court. Either party may seek interim or preliminary relief from a court to protect their rights or property pending the arbitration’s conclusion.
10. Entire Agreement
    This User Agreement, along with all materials incorporated by reference, constitutes the entire agreement between you and That Solar Company, LLC regarding your rights and obligations as a user of the Site. If any part of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that portion will be removed, and the remainder will continue in full force. That Solar Company, LLC’s failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.
11. Links to Third-Party Sites, Advertisers, and Promotions
    a) The Site may include links that direct you to third-party websites. That Solar Company, LLC does not control these external sites and is not responsible for their content or functionality. The inclusion of a link on the Site is provided solely for your convenience and does not imply endorsement of the linked site or its operators, nor the products or services offered therein.
